Ele mostra a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o peso do gr\u00e3o e um volume fixo de 100 litros, e \u00e9 usado em transa\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais de gr\u00e3os como trigo, cevada, centeio, aveia dentre outros.<br>A unidade de medida \u00e9 kg\/hectolitro.<br>\u00a0<br>Gr\u00e3os com alto PH s\u00e3o mais densos e t\u00eam uma maior propor\u00e7\u00e3o de endosperma (parte do gr\u00e3o que gera a farinha) em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 casca e ao germe. Isso resulta em um maior rendimento de farinha por unidade de peso de trigo.<br>Assim, moinhos conseguem extrair mais farinha de gr\u00e3os com alto PH, aumentando a efici\u00eancia do processo. balan\u00e7a mal calibrada pode fornecer leituras imprecisas do peso.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>&#8211; Medidor de Hectolitro<\/strong><br>O medidor deve estar em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es e livre de res\u00edduos que possam afetar a medi\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>&#8211; M\u00e9todo de Enchimento<\/strong><br>O trigo deve ser adicionado ao medidor de hectolitro de maneira <strong>uniforme<\/strong> para evitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os vazios.<br>O trigo deve ser <strong>nivelado<\/strong> corretamente no medidor para garantir uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o
